Any performance chip will increase mileage IF you can keep your foot off the gas. That's the whole point. Making more power w/ what you have. It'll give you better power/acceleration etc if you stomp on it, but at the same time the engine is running more efficiently so when you're off the throttle you'll get better mileage.
