Any one ever have this problem?

What in the front of a sport trac would make a clunking noise and be felt in the seat when turning. Seems to happen more when wet but will do it some times when dry. I don't know if its the front or back though, It comes and goes but Ford never finds anything wrong. it almost sounds like something is snapping in and out of place. Im out of Ideas.

check behind the front wheels, when i turned all the way to park, my tire was hitting the guards behind the wheel. i could feel it as turned, also i have heard that a typical issue with the trucks is a weird soft vibrating when making tight turns. My tire was hitting the guards to the point that it had eaten small chunks out of it. see if you have any damage behind there. the tire is also hitting the sway bar. check out the thread i had started and see if it relates to you.
