Any V8 Owners have rough idle?

My 02 4.6L has a very odd problem.

It runs great, but has a very slight miss/shudder at the stop light. Its barely enough to feel, but it really exhibits itself in the morning, the truck starts, and the idle is kinda high, but as the idle comes down, you can really feel the roughness.

Acceleration is very smooth with no problems. Truck has new Motorcraft Plugs, a Cleaned MAF Sensor, New Air Filter, and a fresh fuel filter.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this with their V8's

idk about the idle part, but the part about it being jumpy in the morning is common... if the idle is over 1k in the morn and if u gas from a stop it mite jump... this is because the engine is just heating up, nothing out the ordinary... if u have a rough idle at a stop on a regular basis u may wanna consider buying a 360 degree cone-shaped filter to get some more air in there
