Well I have the rear axle with discs, and am gonna leave it open for now. But since it is such an SOB to get inside the front diff I am thinking of putting a Detroit True-trac Limited slip in when I go to 4.10's. Opinions. I still am thinking I want 4.56 or even 4.88s but for now I guess I will do 4.10 unless anyone wants to buy the disc rear with 4.10s with 45K on it.

I've got the True-Trac l/s in the front, with detroit locker in the rear. It climbs anything. I would go with 4.56s. Especially if you are going to go with 33s. 4.88s is even a little much for 35s. I wouldn't want mine any lower unless it wasn't a daily driver. If it was just a toy for the weekends, I would probably go for 4.88s. Good luck.

By the way...that whole thing we were private messaging back and forth, seems to have stopped. Did you say something? :D

Fender, do you have any problems running the LS front diffy on pavement at highway speeds? I am mostly a highway driver, but the winters here stink and I will be driving on the beach next year trying to get to the choicest fishing spots. I don't want to get stuck in either case so I am thinking a LS in the front of my '01 Sport.

I didn't see your post before i wrote the last one, since we posted at the same time. I had it done at a shop that my buddy worked at and they are Strange Gears, don't remember the costs, i had a lot of things done to it at the same time. I haven't had anything break on my truck except the tranny. We all know that that happens because it's a piece of shat tranny. Oh, other things I been breaking actually are the rocks under the tires now :D
