The mirrors are from an Aviator, I have some that I still need to install. The wires are different, but the mounting points are the same. Just have to pop off the glass in the housing and change the wires on the motor, no big deal. As far as the tail lights, I would suggest some altezzas off ebay. And then the headlights, I would buy the export front corners (since they don't have an amber side marker) and tint the headlight and corner light.

how much did you pay for the mirrors? where did you buy them from?

I bought mine used off Brad from *********. I paid $250 for them, and that's a steal. These are very hard to come by used, they are rarely on Ebay. Look at this thread, he has found the best place to buy the mirrors, better than dealer prices:

I saw this and was amazed. I am going to be doing some designs on my own, and will post some pictures. Maybe some people will get inspired. Otherwise, I am taking one of my designs and going to fab it myself. (It won't be done anytime soon, haha!!!)

Keep in mind, if people actually want this done, they need to lose the spare tire, or fab it somewhere else (perhaps in the trunk), but that is the only problem with the center exhaust.

i saw this explorer awhile back b4 i bought mine. I said to myself i'd love to make it look like that. I actuall did some hw and its not that hard to make it look like that.
the fender flares need to be wider so some fiberglassin would do that
front bumper, well that u;ll need to shape it w/ foam and then do a mold to make it out of fiberglass. Also not too hard
rear bumper the same way
now the only thing would be the headlights. They can be done but i would need a better closer hig resolution pic.
BTW not sure about u people but i love the 1 piece tailgate. IMO makes it look taller

That looks pretty darn good. I really like the solid rear hatch. Not nearly as many rattles from bass
