i need to get a piaa wiring harness for piaa 1500 series lights. does anyone know where i could purchase one, or does somebody have one lying around? i really only need the connector that connects the wiring to the special plug that the light has... so if anyone knows where i could just get that, wow that would be great. thanks guys and gals.

At most auto supply stores you can buy insulated female spade connectors that will fit the male spade connectors on the PIAA lights. Four connectors and your in business....http://catalog.com/susq/other/auxlamps.htm
Good wiring diagram.

thanks! didn't know that it was just a generic spade connector. thought it was something special piaa did so i had to pay more for their connectors/wiring harnesses. i'll have to take a look at electronics stores or radio shack or something. thanks again!

The one you need is about .375" rather than the standard .250". I have seen these at AutoZone.

if nothing else, you don't absolutely HAVE to run the PIAA wiring harness. It's recommended as its designed for those lights, has the proper voltage relay, etc. but you can get by with using any other relay wiring,e tc. which is what I ended up doing in my F-150 because teh PIAA relays were too big to mount where I wanted them.
