I'm kinda in a pickle,, I ordered rims with a 4.98 backspace that are 8" wide... I figured it would put 1/2" in and 1/2" out compared to my stock 16X7 rims.
that to me would be the best balance of size without being to far in and out and control the fact my rims should not hit swaybar or control arms and not push the tires to far out to cause fender clearance issues with a (265/60/18) tire.
HOWEVER,, my g/f answered the phone while i was away and told them the vehicle and now they shipped me 18X8 with a 4.5" backspace
and never told me about the call.
does anyone have a pic of the 8" wide rim with the 4.5" backspace? I really didnt wanna stress the wheel bearings anymore then neccesary and am worried about the wheel being out to far (specially with the limited style fender flares)
