Anyone seen these explorers in AZ??

Well over the past 2 days i have come across 2 new explorers: 1. black 4 door prolly like a 96 on 20" alba blaze rims and 2. black 4 door prolly 98-2000 blue pinstripe flames, and a roll pan

I saw them both driving, i want to especially ask the guy about his roll pan. anyone know them?

arg i see the guy in the X with the roll pan like every tues/thursday walking to class. Of course i'll prolly never see him out on the road. I want to find out how he got it!!

I would, but hes always driving by where i'm walkin so i cant talk to him or anything, i just want to follow him on the road then leave a note on his car or somethin, but i never see him when i'm drivin
