I talked to a locksmith with all the programmer kits and whatnot- He said he didn't think the PATS systems were the same, so the keys wouldn't be compatible.
What year did the chip start? I have a 99 I just got and only 1 remote so don't know if I need 2 keys? Also I can't try anything till I find out why tne drivers door wont work. I already replaced the acuators but no power to it or the keypad.
Keys and remotes program differently, you can add remotes easily, adding additional keys takes either 2 keys, or 1 key and a trip to a dealer or locksmith with a programmer.
