My actuator had come loose from the frame, the bolt was busted flush at the mounting bracket of the actuator. I could have drilled out the rivet but the actuator sounded pretty weak as it was so I went out and bought the Duralast part DLA5 which is supposed to fit. After moving the mounting bracket from its default position to one that would mount it lower the actuator still pushed up half an inch too far. The wire hook that connected it to the latch would pop out of its fitting on the actuator end after a few locks/unlocks. It's just plain too long and I can't see any way its actually supposed to 'fit'.

I ripped the super thin boot during this process, so I couldn't return the piece of ****. So I ended up taking the bracket from the new unit and putting it on the old actuator. I used a 1/4" bolt and nut to fasten it to the frame. Its a shame because the old actuator feels so weak, you can push it in and out with little pressure (when its disconnected from the latch/etc)...
