Anyone where from Ontario(toronto)? i want to go wheeling!

Hey there, ive now had my exporler a good 2 years almost and it's great, and i know there are a few Members in Ontario (canada). I was wondering if there any chance of a few of us getting together for a wheeling trip? I often go with a Nissan Xterra club, they're great, but it's be nice to do with with some folks with common trucks!

On just about any weekend during the spring and summer months you can simply take a quick run up to Ragland where you are sure to find plenty of Torontonians playing around in the various trails.

Just take the 401 towards the ‘Shwa, get off at Simcoe and go North until you hit Ragland Rd. Hang a right and Bob’s yer uncle.

OH, i wish it were so simple, i've been there many times, and it's not too bad, but Durham Police are getting a little more tough on patrolling that area...shame. But i was really looking for a club of Explorers, or Fords that do trails, actully anything really!

As far as I know, the Police are only there to insure all vehicles are properly licensed and insured. Last year a cop on an ATV pulled along side myself and a group of 7 others, then proceeded quite politely to explain to us that the adjoining land owners were becoming increasingly concerned about the possibility of injury related law suits, dumping of waste and abandoned (stolen) vehicles. The cop checked all of our registrations etc, and actually gave us a few tips as to the best nearby trails etc.

The Raglan has some great trails. Before I got my X I did them with a friend in an old Canadian Military Jeep. Another great spot is north of Mosport off Concession Road 20.

i've been to both, unfortunately my torsion bolts/brackets are bent so i'm laying off on the wheeling for the time being...but who knows?!

come to think of it, i've also been to minden and bobcageon, with the Southern Ontario Xterra Club (great, great people) and had a blast! All nice, relatily easy to moderate trails, well isolated and great scenery.

Hey there, just to let you know if you are ever in the Niagara region alot of Guys and of course girls like to go and play in St Catharines and Welland.We mostly go out in the spring and summer on Sat and Sun. They mostly run Heaps, Suzi's and Yota,s. We run and not for long stock Ex.It is definatly a good time.
