Applying Zaino polish?

What techniques do you guys use when applying Zaino Z2 polish? How thick do you apply it? How long do you leave it on before wiping/buffing off?

I applied the Z2 using Zaino's instructions, front to back on all horizontal surfaces and top to bottom on all vertical surfaces. I initially put 4 dime size drops on the applicator and afterward, as I moved to a different section, about a nickel size drop. I did spray the applicator pad with Z6 to help reduce absorption and help easy application. This left a noticable haze on the X but the paint color was clearly visible. I left it on overnight and it wiped off with no effort.
