I just went to my local 4x4 store.
He game me an estimate on the install of JD kit and rear springs as being around $550 to $600, is that a good price.
Also, he gave me their prices for the parts I need...
OME-36 rear springs...$275
War-153 shackles...$60
Bushings for rear springs...$40

Are these good prices? Or should I order from somewhere online?

I have a complete brand new rear spring bushing kit, these are poly's made by daystar. Iif you want you can have for 25.00's shipped. This kit also includes frame bushing. you can e-mail me at ROWELL1366@AOL.COM

I am not real familiar with the difficulty of installing the duff lift kits.... but $275 for OME springs is really good. As long as that is for the set, I say pick those up.... I would be concerned the cost listed is per spring!!? You could probably save $8 bucks or so on the shackles, but buying them through the same place may be the way to go. Good luck.

Yeah when he told me $275, I made sure it was for the set, because I've heard of peopel paying around 200 a spring here.

The labor to install the kit is decent due to the amount of actual work involved in replacing the axle pivot brackets and the radius arm mounts.
