bias ply swampers....i was thinking of the sx's originally, but the price won me over. and as i understand it, the side wall of the sx's is like wicked stiff, even compared to the bias ply...so that kinda scared me off....
ok....here we go... at 30 psi it was 34.5" tall Dead Link Removed
@11 psi = 34" Dead Link Removed
@6 psi = 33.25" Dead Link Removed
now...one thing to mention about this....it has been sitting for a while, so i would imagine there is a big nasty flat spot on there....im not sure how that would effect the result, but i just thought id mention it!
Alright it's a done deal. I sold my Thornbirds yesterday. Kinda sad to see them go but I'm kinda getting excited about the 35" Goodyears that I am going to buy.
The other cool thing about Good Year MT/R's...
They are the same tire we put on our Hummers. And I have seen what they can do.
