astra lightbulbs

ive been lookin for some new lightbulbs for my new wiring harness and came across this comparison chart:

i was lookin at the philips premiums but the astra clears put out more lumens, which i hope that means they are brighter. plus they are cheaper on that sight than the premiums (i havent really looked for prices elswhere yet)

If it were me, I would go with the Phillips bulbs. Phillips and Osram know their stuff and have nothing but high quality bulbs. I've never heard of Astra and couldn't imagine that the quality or durability would be up to par. Just my $.02 worth.

any idea where i can get osram bulbs? i like the osram silverstars over the philips because the philips have a slight blue tint on the bulb
