Attn: New Modified 2011 forum is now up

I have moved all threads that I could find which pertain to modifying and adding after market parts to the 2011 Explorer to the new Modified 2011 Ford Explorer sub-forum.

When starting new threads which deal with modifications or after market parts please place them in the Modified 2011 sub-forum.

Do the new forums encourage or discourage discussions? It seems like things are pacing a bit slower since the topics have been separated.

Encourage! By all means!

It just keeps the questions like "What color can I order my 2011 Ex?" and "Can I put 33s on my 2011 Ex?" separated. XD

We're definitely hoping to encourage more posting in all of our 2011 Explorer forums. The break down was done to make it easier for our members to find the info they are looking for.

I liked it the other way. I think it's an inconvenience to bounce between three forums.

Agreed. While I do appreciate separating the three topics out, I don't think there's enough traction yet to be doing this.

We can't please everyone. We get *****ed at because there aren't enough forums, then we get *****ed at because there are too many...

We're about 50 new threads from 1,000 threads/15,000 posts among all 2011 areas. That seems like quite solid traction, considering that the 2001-05 Sport Trac forums only have about 3,300 threads/25,000 posts total.
