Hello All! Love this site! Love my 97 Ford Explorer!
Have a 97 Ford Explorer XLT and have not had any serious mechanical problems to the day. Bought this vehicle used in 1998 I believe. I will tell you this when doing your own tuneup do not skimp on the new plugs or plug wires or you will notice right away.
My problem is now the cd changer when loaded cycles through the loaded discs but plays nothing. It started this by playing spotty like there was a bad or scratched cd in the magazine. Cycles through all then goes back to the last FM station played. Can this be fixed easily?
