Yes.. I do believe that this is a very good speaker... And for the price you just can't beat it... And you should exspect rele good bump.. Different sound from thoes 12s also .. Deeper b/c there 15s. I have 2 15s and a 1000 watt amp.. If you put 1 more 15 in a mini truck like we had, It will make your feet go num.. And they were only suppose to have 400 watts per speaker.. I was pushing 500..Sounded grate.. Well good luck Peace caleb...

You might want to check out the flame series subwoofers from Audiobahn, I have heard nothing but great stuff about that sub...I havnt heard anybody using the sub you showed above though...Just make sure you buy through an authorized dealer, you can go to www.audiobahninc.com to see the list of authorized internet dealers. I think that may actually be the same thing I have, though my subs are 12's. They're great and give you SO MUCH BASS! The flame have HUGE outputs and I'm not sure what you're looking for in bass, but in my book that would be too much.

where did you get it?

there has been a ton of ebay sellers selling fake audiobahn in the last year or so (since audiobahn got big) and quite a few of them are being taken to court by audiobahn in the near future. i hope you didn't get a fake one.

otherwise, that sub will be alright, but you'll have to be careful to keep it reasonably accurate (i.e. sealed box, clean power etc.)

I bought my subs off eBay about 1-1/2 years ago. They were Audiobahn, had all the labels, boxes, stickers, etc. Audiobahn is engraved on the subs, and if they aren't Audiobahn then it's an AWESOME fake.

i'd recommend these. they don't rate their subs as highly as audiobahn but thats misleading. their output is great! and they do handle way more than their rms ratings if you need them to (i've seen he2 12s with 6-700 watts rms to them and no problems)

i'm a little biased because those are the 15s i'm using for my system, but for the deals their giving right now i don't think they can be beat.

I think 2 of anything from the same brand is gonna be louder then one from the same brand.

I'd say if youre going for rockfords man up and get HX2's punch or power.... though HE2's are not bad bang for the buck... I had a 15 HX2, and with a SQ box, I hit a 136, now with it in a big ported box, who knows mid 140's..... def get a good amp tho
