Auto to manual swap

okay so I am swapping out the auto to manual in my 93 ex I am also pulling the electric shift transfer case and putting in manual shift I have all parts and have the clutch and brake pedals installed about to put in manual trans and manual shift transfer case the only thing I dont have is the manual computer or wiring harness is there a way to keep the auto computer and make it so it will run right or will I have to change it out? I have read a couple of different things on here and was wondering if anyone else out there has done this swap and kept the auto computer and made it work. thanks for any help or info.

I can get you a manual computer. Send me a PM if your interested in doing it that way. I personally havent ever used a automatic computer with the manual swap. I went ahead and changed mine out when I did the swap.

well I got everything changed out and have taken it out on couple of test runs and everything working so far just having hell bleeding the clutch it either has air still trapped in the line somewhere or my mc is bad and I also got a manual computer for it.
