Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread to the stock 2002-2005 section. I remember reading a couple of months ago in another thread about this. It said that it was one of the options in the console, and is easy to change.

was this a limited only feature? I would think that would be more of a convienience (sp?) for rear seat passengers whose locks dont unlock when you pull the door handle.

My 04 XLT will Lock the doors automatically, but it does NOT unlock them when turn off the truck
You may have an aftermarket alarm/keyless system doing this?
