AutoMeter tachometer

I thought that a new tachometer would make my explorer's interior look alot better. I was wondering if it is possible to install a Autometer tachometer in my ex because of the shift light and all that....(since it is an automatic trans) please help

I've found with Autometer products the best thing to do is call them. They usually answer the phone quickly and are a great help. They know how to hook almost anything up to any vehicle. If they don't know, they'll call you back with an answer.

You can put a tach on anything that spins. The shift light won't do much good because of the auto tranny. Just time it to come on right before the trans shifts.
