Autozone ASC/GMB waterpump

Is this a good waterpump? I need to install a waterpump in my 96. I usually buy parts from Napa, but they dont lend/rent the Ford fan clutch tool. I may be forced to by this from Autozone. Is this good quality.

Why not just get the tool from AZ and the part from NAPA? What's the warranty on the AZ part? Lots of their stuff is really cheaply priced because it comes with little or no warranty. For as much hassle as a water pump is, I'd get the best quality one I could.
