I'm waiting for my Explorer to be delivered but I was wondering if there was an auxilary input for my iphone. I know you can sync the phone, but I don't listen to music via the ipod feature since I use pandora

On the rapid spec option, you will have a mini plug input that will work just fine with the iphone, i use mine daily with tunein radio app, it is inside the front cubby ahead of the gearshift. i got the wire from meijer for $13. Griffin "connect+play" with a 3.5 mm jack on each side.
You can listen to Pandora through your Bluetooth connection. I do it with my iPhone 4 everyday. It works really nice, sync pauses Pandora when you shut the stereo off and restarts where it left off when you get back in.
