2012 Explorer XLT
I've seen this on the Ford site as well as brochures. What model Ex does not have the TMS feature? When I asked the dealership, they weren't sure ...... Their reply was that all of their stock were equipped with the TMS.

Sounds like the dealership needs to educate themselves on the product they are selling. The Explorer has been out for a year now and a good salesman/dealership should have more than just a basic knowledge of it or at the very least know where to find the information the customer is looking for.

TMS is all wheel drive... Therefore any model with two wheel drive does not have it.

Dealership sells so many models and brands I don't think they can keep up with all the features. As far as I can see from months of checking there inventory on the web, they don't even order the 2wd, so they are not aware of this being a delete item.
