Average lift achieved with a SAS

I am looking into doing a SAS on my 95 XLT. I know there is a lot of variables, but what is the average lift of a SAS?

It really depends on what you use for your sas(coils, leaves etc..) and just how tall of a coil how "thick" of a leaf pack etc..but the average number i have seen tend to be from 6-8"..
