I just returned a 2020 Tesla Model X Long Range Plus using their 7 day money back guaranty. I really wanted to love it and the tech was awesome, but 9 problems in the 7 days of ownership for a near $100k car was to much to swallow.

I've been watching the Grand Touring since it was introduced but got scared hearing the first off the line stories.

Has anyone here got an update on the good/bad/ugly? Mileage? How about the cruise and lane keeping systems (which I WILL miss from the Tesla)? Are rumors about sync4 update real or waiting for '21 MY.

I just have the Reserve II but I'm guessing the features you listed are the same. The Adaptive Cruise Control is the feature I use the most and did in all my previous vehicles that had it. The 'Speed Sign Recognition' is a nice thing to have. The only issue I've encountered with it is that occasionally the speed will change by itself. There is a long stretch of highway here that recently had the limit increased to 110 kph, up from 100. At times when cruising at the higher limit, the vehicle will slow back down to 100 kph. Because the distance between the speed limit signs is quite a distance, I wonder if the vehicle then relies on the outdated mapping because once it reached the next 110 sign it speeds up again. As for lane keeping and lane centering, I have those turned OFF as I find them somewhat annoying. I also have the 'Hold' feature turned OFF as I find it a bit too intrusive.
As for SYNC 4, There may be a good possibility it will be introduced in the 2021 models. I believe 'Zeeb' is the only member currently with the Aviator Hybrid.

We found the speed recognition changes depending on speed/weight ratings for bridges.

Around here they will have a weight limit sign on a bridge with a different speed listed. It looks like a speed limit sign but it says weight limit. When we pass some of these it changes our speed. We find it a little annoying but I keep forgetting to call Lincoln with the issue.

We also turned off the auto hold. It made it really annoying to creep it the last foot or so into the garage.

One thing I'm pleasantly surprised at with the speed sign recognition is that it doesn't react to the signs that say Speed xx Ahead. Only the actual speed sign.

Are they white? It probably ignores all of the yellow and black signs as they are approaching warnings.

Yes, they are the same as the regular speed signs. I found that it also recognizes the yellow and black ones. There was highway construction on my way to the city and the speed was reduced from 100 kph to 80 kph and the vehicle slowed to 80.
