Aviator tire question.

Just wondering can I put 235/55r18 on if the tires currently on are 255/55zr18? Ive never had to replace tires with a z on the before so its throwing me off. thanks.

the z rating is a speed rating. z is a high speed rating. shouldnt make a difference. just got to make sure you replace all 4. cuz 235 is smaller than 255. tire is thiner.

ok thanks. they are actually all 255 that 235 was a typo. and I drive an explorer but I just picked up some aviator rims for it.
