Does anyone have any good AWD tire recommandations?
Gonna be needing some soon, looking for some ideas from you guys.
I like the BF goodrich ATs, nout sure how they do on the AWD.
I am in Michigan, snow in the winter here and there.
Thanks.

The BFG At's will be fine for you. I highly recommend them, I am currently running a set of 31's on my sport.

I'll toss in a recommendation for Michelin LTX M/S.

Khumo Road Venture AT's, just as much tire as the BFG's, a lot less money cause you ain't paying for an Indy car engine or something!

Well Im an AWD 5.0 and I'm sporting the Goodyear Silent Armor Wranglers. Great tire but slightly pricey!!

Thanks for the info. I know the AWD ex tires wear out differnetly, thats why i was asking. I had 32" BFD ATs' on my Bronco, they were great and lasted. With the AWD and the front tires wearing out was not sure what to go with. WIll have to make a few phone call and see what I can gather up for #'s.
Thanks again.

I would recommend Coopers tyres - they have at least 50000km guarantee on most of their tyres. You would be after the AT or maybe even the HT (as fitted to me '04 Ex)

I just bought a set of Firestone Destination A/Ts from TireRack this afternoon. I'll let you know how they are in a couple thousand miles. :)

Okay, just got the Destination A/Ts mounted.

Wow, these are nice. I thought they'd be noisier. But I can't hear them any more than I did my Destination LEs. I've only driven a few miles on them so far, but so far I can say they look good and aren't a harsh or noisy ride at all.
