Axel Shaft?

I've been having a problem with a clunking and grinding noise from the right front of my 94 when I make a right turn. Last night I took apart the hub, rotor and bearing, cant find anything wrong. My only thought is the axal shaft. What do you guys think?
Does the shaft have it's own set of bearings?

Yes the shaft is supported with a spindle bearing- remove the spindle, and its inside.

Could also be the axle shaft u-joint
