axle diameter

I searched but could not find an answer, I need to know the axle diameter of the 8.8 I am going to order perches form www.mountainoffroad.com and I need to know the size their choices are:

2-1/2" radius >
2-3/4" radius > Axle tube diameter
3" radius >
3-1/4" radius >

anyone know off hand?

Petersons 4 Wheel Drive Magazine (JUN 2001) says the Tube Diameter is 3.25".
