Ok, I've been looking around and havn't found anything that address what I'm looking for. Here's my problem, ever since I got my new 3.73 Limited slip rear end (replaced my open 3.27s), my burnouts have been soooo violent with axle hop. Is this the LS grabbing with one tire then the other and back and forth? It's beyond annoying when I hit the gas, dump the clutch and instead of the tires lighting up, the truck just shakes violently (the tires are spinning, just not smoothly). Oh yeah, and I've got that damn roadmaster active suspension on there that's supposed to act like a traction bar, yet I still get crazy axle hop.

Any suggestions to help alleviate this? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Ok, so it's not about going fast, but rather staying in one place and all, but I figured this forurm would be best at answering this.

Although it looked kinda funny, I ended up pumping up my air springs to 100 psi & deflating my tires from 35 psi to 26 psi. It's a good think I opted for the onboard compressor for the airsprings.

get you a set of slapper bars that bolt from the U bolt and has a rubber bumper under the front spring bolt. Find a generic set for something like a 67-82 Camaro or leaf sprung 64-73 Mustang

What it is the leaf spring is curving into an S shape and when the tire finally comes off the ground a bit the spring relases and the wheel bounces back down.
