BACK DOOR PROBLEM

Anyone has had this prob before ?? I can t open the back door anymore...only the right side opens but the left side does not unlock.or opens..I v tried everything...the door unlock properly...the window opens no prob ...but th back door is stuck there and can t do nothing with it. can you please help me ?

You're going to have to climb in there and remove the plastic cover to access the lock assembly.........

Something has come loose most likely......should be an easy fix once you get the big plastic cover off.

Also the name of this thread is a little misleading.

I dont have a backk door problem, but I have had problems with my trucks hatch.....

I'll say it's misleading. I was very afraid of what I might find posted when I clicked. You never know where a tool might end up on this forum!
