Back speaker dimensions

So I bought my 01 Xsport a year ago and only today have i relized I was sold the car without rear speakers!! I know your thinking I must be an idiot to not have noticed, but the grill was on with little replacement fronts to make it look like speakers were there. Ive always questioned the sound system, but just didnt think i didnt have back speakers. haha so anyways, now that ive made an ass of myself, does anyone know the size of those speakers and possibly how to wire them, since ive never done so thanks!

Your stock Ford speakers are 6 x 8.

6x8 & 5x7 just about the same thing, but actual size is 6x8, only difference are the mounting holes

Aftermarket 5 x 7 will fit with no problemsm however, the stock speakers are 6 x 8.

Aldive is right. Smarty pants Sarasota people My godfather was Police Chief there for like 10 years or so. Good guy, nice city, great beaches. But I heard they closed Dur Dutchmen

I'm partial to Estero and Fort Myers myself. Coming back to the east coast after being out west for a year sucks, people here are nowhere near as nice.
