back tail gate

WHAT THE HELL IS RATTLING IN MY BACK TAIL GATE!!!!

In all seriousness, when I hit bumps there is a loud rattling in my tail gate. It sounds like a license plate almost but I looked into it and its not since I have all 4 screws in it.

Thanks for any input. I think im going outside right now to mess with it.
