for the window get strips of foam with adhesive on one side and go all around the window. to deaden the road noise, use dynamat or something similar. for the plastic panels, use rubberized undercoating (same thing as roadkill, but a lot less $$$).
i believe were my plastic interior pannels ar ratteling with the metal floors and with other plastic peices. and instead of dynamat, could i use a carpet padding?like from a house, it seems to be almots the same.
