Bad compression

2003 ford explorer xlt
Ok guys need some help 2003 explorer xlt 139,000 miles the number 2 cylinder is reading 0 on the compression test all the other ones are reading 175psi it's a 4.0 the plug looks brand new tried for codes and nothing tried the finger over the hole sucks in the rest blows your finger away need help plz
 






Bump come on guys need this running if not I'll take it to the scrape yard and buy a Chevy
 






If you have bad compression then it's most likely from bad valves.
 






Accurate reading?

If the spark plug looks normal are you sure that the compression reading for cylinder #2 was accurate? Is the compression gage the screw in type? Was the spark plug hole clean? Was the gauge seated in the hole? Are there any other symptoms (i.e. misfire codes or poor performance)?
