i was at the muffler shop and the guy there there said if you have a bad cat you will notice a big differance in power loss, which i did not. so i find out the cats are not bad, talked to some other mechanics and there suggestions are vacum leak, or an air intake problem with that in mind anyone out there ever had the same problem.
