bad transmission mount

Have a vibration at highway speed looked at transmission mount and I can move it up and down and side to side would that be the problem not sure how much it's supposed to move

IDK if the trans mount is the cause your vibration problem, but it shouldn't move that easily. I would replace it. Vibrations in the drive train are often due to bad driveshaft u-joints.
