Baja claws...friend or foe???

hey i was wondering how well baja claws do in mud??? i heard there really good in sand but havent heard any comments on their performance in mud. what are your opinions???

ask rick... he had them... i think his opinion was that they sucked though...but i am not sure so ask him
 






ya well he also lives out west, its a bit different here out east with trail conditions, not many rocks around, lots and lots and lots of sand, mud, mud, and more mud.
 






has anybody else had claws and went muddin, if the answer is yes, how did they do?
 






Hell yeah!!!
I've got a friend with a 4Runner that runs the 38.5x16x15s and I've yet to see him have a problem in the mud here. And we get some nasty a** mud up here. I would say if ya want them for mud, buy them!

The Baja Claw is a pretty good tire as long as it is in the forward direction. They are designed like a tractor tire. In reverse they act like a gumbo mudder and all you end up doing is digging a huge hole. They are made of very soft rubber so they wear out EXTREMELY quick. Over-all they dont stand out as the best but rather a typicall mud terrain.
