Hello, I am new and I need Help. So I quess I will get to the point.
I have a 2000 ford explore sport 2wd V6 4.0. I need to change the upper and lower ball joints along with the bushing. My question is can I press out the lower and upper ball joint, and can I buy upper and lower bushing. Or am I stuck having to buy the hole a arm with everything included? Thanks Everyone

Lower ball joints can be replaced separately, although it may be less expensive to
replace the complete LCA. You would still need to remove the arms and press the bushings.
Your upper ball joints are not replaceable if they are original and have never been changed.
Add up the parts and labor separately, compared to just buying the complete assemblies.
Either way, front end alignment would be required after removing the upper control arms.

P.S.- The link from Casper is an excellent guide. Whichever way you decide, good luck.

Here's another link from the same author for your upper control arms/ball joints :
