Ball joints cost

anyone know how much it costs to replace the ball joints on 2002 Explorer XLT?

Do youself a favor and spend the little extra money and buy a complete lower a-arm off of ebay. I have spent many hours and got a lot of headaches dealing with this pain in the a$$ job. Renting a ball joint press, pressing in and out the ball joints only to knick the boot. Its a little more cash, but 10 times faster and easier to just throw a new a arm in, and plus you get new bushings too, one less thing to replace down the road. There on ebay for about 60 bucks a side.

I did the job on my '01 Sport without many problems. My main reason for not wanting to replace the entire low control arm was that I'd have to release the torsion bar, which is dangerous in itself. I'm not sure if that is the same for 02+ 4-doors.
