First off Emperior Jordan I've responded to your emails 3-4 times now, I have no idea why you're not gettting them but I can't do anything else but fly out and see you.

Finally, yes, I have allowed Explorer Express to handle my Explorer and Sport Trac emails and orders. Basically when I get a email request I foward it to them and allow them to work over the details with you about it and then place your order with them. From there they foward the order to me and it is programmed and drop shipped from me.
In the last 5 months I've sold 7 X-calibrators to Explorer owner's so I'm not saying you guys aren't important to me but I feel that Explorer Express has enough knowledge to handle all of your requests and information and you can even call them and place your order. This does free up some emails from me as I still get 40-60 a night.
I've also streamlined my website so you can now place your order completely online including payment. So if you are just looking for a way to place your order its all there.
I also dont respond to emails on the weekends most of the time because as before stated this is a side business for me and I must take sometime to spend with my wife and 3 year old son.
I'm still in it fully for you guys and my Ranger guys as I know where I come from and I wont forget. I've just been working it a bit differently as my company grows by leaps and bounds. For a side business It's almost too much to handle. I barely ever get a chance to get on ANY forums anymore as I'm usually answering emails.
