Doug rules. He'll always reply. Just takes a while some day. Bamachips is a much a hobby than a career for him. Well worth the wait.
 






Doug contacted me through an e-mail stating that explorer express is his inbetween,any question they can answer,and you still get his programing.
 






Run that by me again? What is his tie in with EE? Being affiliated with EE isn't necessarily a good thing. Their service levels have gone down in recent times, their website hasn't been updated in years, and they don't carry 1/2 the things they used to.
 






The bamachips is looking better. You can't click on anything yet but the new format looks like it will make things easier to find. I did not know he worked with the escort zx2s as well......only thing I miss about that was the gas milage....

Celly, Doug has been in the bay area doing some tuning work with EE on the V6 SC.
Maybe they became his vendor, Damn I miss John V.
 






Yes I received an email from the people over at EE they claim to be the new vendor of bamachips.
 






Interestingly enough, I've attempted to contact BamaChips multiple ways, and have recieved NO REPLY from them. This has been going on for over a month now. I've even gone to the website (multiple times) and filled out their little form.

You can get the bamachips tuner throught jususmodified.com just go through the item for the ranger on the site, and when it asks make and model, just put your explorer in there!!

Bama was a tuner, so was hypnotic, they tuned SCT flashers.
Both cannot be gotten ahold of.
Maybe Rick should impliment some rules, service or at least respond to members questions, emails, phone calls, or your no longer a sponsor JMO
 






I haven't heard from Hypnotic in months, but I did here from Doug a couple months ago. I emailed Doug earlier today and told him about this thread. No reply as of yet.

Hey guys,


First off Emperior Jordan I've responded to your emails 3-4 times now, I have no idea why you're not gettting them but I can't do anything else but fly out and see you.

Next, please email me at BamaChips@gmail.com as for some reason it does seem that my info@bamachips email is giving me issues. I've just started using it as I've recently switched server companies.

Finally, yes, I have allowed Explorer Express to handle my Explorer and Sport Trac emails and orders. Basically when I get a email request I foward it to them and allow them to work over the details with you about it and then place your order with them. From there they foward the order to me and it is programmed and drop shipped from me.

In the last 5 months I've sold 7 X-calibrators to Explorer owner's so I'm not saying you guys aren't important to me but I feel that Explorer Express has enough knowledge to handle all of your requests and information and you can even call them and place your order. This does free up some emails from me as I still get 40-60 a night.

I've also streamlined my website so you can now place your order completely online including payment. So if you are just looking for a way to place your order its all there.

I also dont respond to emails on the weekends most of the time because as before stated this is a side business for me and I must take sometime to spend with my wife and 3 year old son.

I'm still in it fully for you guys and my Ranger guys as I know where I come from and I wont forget. I've just been working it a bit differently as my company grows by leaps and bounds. For a side business It's almost too much to handle. I barely ever get a chance to get on ANY forums anymore as I'm usually answering emails.
