Banjo Bolt size for 2002 Explorer XLT ? Hose to caliper bolt size ?

Hi,

Does anyone know the exact size of the hose to caliper (Banjo) Bolt for a 2002 Explorer Rear Brake ? I broke one and FORD wants $40 for the bolt !!!

They make a .375" dia with 24 thread and .425 or 8mm hole sizes ? Which one is correct ? Or is this a 10mm x 1.5m BOLT ?

385116-s2 ?? Is this the correct FOMOCO part # ? 3/8 X 24 thread X 1.12" ???

I was suprised to find out mine were SAE when I replaced them a few weeks back. But I don't know about the 02's. Good luck!

Yeah me too. Strangely enough they fit right with a 3/8 nut. I am going to wait on the Local Dealer to get me part # 385116S2 by tomorrow and compare my to that one. 3/8 X 24 X 1.12 Banjo. The part comes up HEX on http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?action=searchCatalogOEM&siteid=213787

Hopefully this is the one, or I will have to look at buying : W708034-S900 which is a BOLT M10X1.0X26 BANJ
