tried getting my negative cable off my battery...got the bolt undone, its just waaaaaay too tight to get off of the terminal...any suggestions?:banghead:

Tap it lightly with a hammer on side where the cable connects to force it to rotate around the terminal. That should get it loose enough to wiggle off. Either that, or try to get under the clamp with a long screwdriver or small crowbar and pry it up off the terminal. The hammer method works well for me though.

You can loosen off the nut until it is almost off the bolt (or take it right out) and then stick a screwdriver inbetween the two halves to GENTLY pry it apart. You can also use those pliers that have a slip jaw on them for maximum pulling power.
