Is it drawing the battery down? How much is the draw?

I'm not how many amps it is drawing but it's enough to kill the battery in about 6 hours

Okay, that's significant. There is a normal draw due to the anti theft and memory saving. But not that much.

Did you do the interior fuses or the engine bay fuses?

I did both the interior and engine bay fuses and I pull the stereo and unplugged it and it still draws

i had same issue, and found out my rear wiper does not work, take the panel off found the motor is really HOT, the motor is shorted inside i guess. disconnect the wire, run the car for a while to charging the battery. issue solved. good luck.
