Ryan, Kevin.... let's wheel soon. Either in BC or WA. Walker Valley? Or the new BC Hammers trail?

When and where boys?

Who else? Nobody (Matt)?

Cheers
Dale

my trucks not quite ready yet (not legal til tuesday).
first weekend in sept (labor day?), i've got a big run planned with many many vehicles in WA in an area called rieder pit. everything from mud, to sand to rock. it will be very challenging (if you want) and fun. we will be camping there sat, sun, mon and tuesday night.
this will be the first trip for my x and the last til t-haven since i'm having knee surgery on sept 11th and will hopefully be off the crutches for t-haven.
kevin's on a cruise ship somewhere. he's watching the sonar for taliban fishing vessals.

call me if you want more info 206-229-1234 (not a typo)

dale, did you get your truck back? last i heard it was stolen.

rieder pit

rieder pit is an awesome place, but what about sultan basin road... There are numerous trails that take you over rough and easy terrain. My friend and I are going to rieder pit tomorrow (Sat) for dirt biking. We'll take his truck back there I bet (my EB isn't ready, no lift, stock tires...) But I plan to take it to Sultan once it is ready, for some tough terrain. Anywhere you go, you will find fun, but check out Sultan Basin road too...

P.S. (if you haven't been to sultan basin road) There are some trails that start out with huge mud pits...

I know sultin fairly well. some of my faviorite trails have been closed too logging. high rider is still open i think, but i've never ran that trail. from what i hear, it can be very difficult (expect body damage).

Fun day at Rieder...

my friend took my up to rieder pit today, to test out his dirtbike. We decided to go find a little mud too. I have a Stock '91 EB, and things worked out just fine for me today. Right off the road, past the big open area for dirtbikes, you take a right down a trail. You can find some trails and many mud "puddles". Although I had the feeling that my explorer was too close to the ground, I managed to not have any problems truding through those little lakes. So go check out rieder pit, it's fun.

those are all pics in the reider area on a trail called lake isabelle. thats the run i went on with kevin when i snapped my axle perches and one of my front axle stub shafts.
we will be making that run on the sunday before labor day....that was the last run my x has been on (the one that killed her) and i'm making a come-back!

Familiar w/ the area.

So you know the area? That's great! You're X looks like a tank now, but be careful, even guys with 37's were having to be pulled out. :)

I wish I could go on that trail, too bad I dont have a good truck.

I've got a winch...i can pull myself out!
You are welcome to join the fun, and ride along. gonna have a huge fire, kegs at night. just a big party really, with some wheelin' thrown in.
