Best Off-road wax?

Is there a wax that will create an anti-branch forcefield which will cause the branches to bend away from my paint like possessed divining rods?

Ok, seriously. Is there one product that helps ward off branch scratches? I know it`s inevitable, but If I wax my truck I might as well use something that will help resist scratching if I can.

How about a nice thick coating of mud!

har har, I tried the mud thing already!
I guess I defeat myself with waxing and cleaning one weekend and getting it totally filthy and scratched the next huh?

I got herc type stuff on the lower parts under the trim already and it doesn`t wax very well.
