Best remanufactured engine company?

I have a 2005 Explorer 4.0 4x4 with 150,000 miles and I think I have what sounds like a loose timing chain. I was wondering first off, if I should have the current engine rebuilt, or should I put in a completely remanufactured engine and was also wondering what company makes the best remanufactured engines in your opinion. I would like as much info as possible on this, and would greatly appreciate it. Also would probably like to add a good pre-oiler too. I had my 5r55w completely rebuilt by some really talented and reputable transmission guys near where I live and it works great, so I'd like to keep it running with a good engine. Also let me know if I might be better off just ridding myself of the thing, if its not worth it.

I can get a pretty significant discount on it as an employee, so if this company is pretty good please let me know, I don't have experience dealing with remanufactured engine companies.
