remanufactured transmission

does anyone know of a good website to buy a remanufactured transmission? Ive came to the conclusion I do not want to rebuild my transmission, would rather just buy a remanufactured one.

Some of the shops around here use Jasper, there out of IN they come with a 3yr/100k warranty.

I bought a Jasper transmission 2 years ago. I have put 60k miles on it already and it is a great transmission. Better than Ford could do!

I would check Ford. Dealership rates vary from place to place as I have discovered, before I moved one dealership quoted me 4k, then after I moved and bit the bullet I got it done by Ford for about 3.3k after taxes and such. 3yr unlimited mile warranty serviceable at any dealership. Needless to say it will come with all of the updates.

The cost of the Jasper transmission was 3300.00. I have nearly reached 3 years on the Jasper transmission with NO regrets. I have put 70k miles on it already with zero problems!

How often have you been changing the trans fluid on your Jasper Trans?

I change the Jasper tranny fluid every 30k. I'm not taking chances!
