So its about that time i replace my plugs and wires and distributor cap. They have never been changed but for a little it of performance wise i was thinking magnacore wires and when is a good coil and spark plug setup? Is there other good setup wise?

You don't have a cap. You have a coil pack. Unless it's giving you problems leave it alone. Plugs standard motorcraft or Autoilite platinums work fine. Wires pretty much anything that is decent. I use stock motorcraft wires. Don't buy into those gimmicks for "performance" stuff.

Spark plugs are commonly discussed here, and your engine sticker will probably recommend Motorcraft AWSF42PP. This is a double platinum plug which is actually kind of important because of the way the coilpack fires 2 plugs at once. If you could slow it down and see it, you would see the spark initiates from the tip on one bank of cylinders, and from the electrode on the other bank. Without loading up some wiring diagrams, I'll leave it at that.

Platinum is there to prevent wear. But, if you only have single platinum, then you only realize the benefit on one bank of cylinders.

So, the engine sticker says double platinum, and for good reason.

Bad news/good news:
Bad news is that the recommended plug AWSF42PP went out of production years ago and the replacements (AGSF42FM or SP486) are only single platinum. On your behalf, I spent about 30 minutes on the major sites looking for the double platinum and struck out.

But, I DID find them on ebay at about $5 each.

Incidently, this is a black-oxide body plug going into an aluminum head. Anti-seize is highly recommended, as is dielectric grease for the boots.
